Manny, my on-line partner and gear head, has moved "Bear With Me" to the server that hosts his site, "INSIDE Bear" (http://www.insidebear.com). He reports that his site has NEVER experienced any down time, so I'm hoping you readers will notice improved response time and more reliable access ( Read more... )

Something went wonkers with my cartoon site today. The most current strip had been knocked off, and I my attempts to re-upload it were being blocked. Paul had given me some instructions on how to tweek the settings, but I wasn't getting anywhere with them, so I backed off for an hour or so, and tried again. If you log into "Bear With Me" you'll see the "Technical Difficulty" sign is down. We had to do some backtracking, as Manny hadn't been able to backup the site since early December, so we're reset to Strip #152, just as Mr Cox and Andy are balancing Ed's books.
